O'Neal's journey began with an early fascination for skateboarding. Driven by a relentless passion and unwavering determination, he set his sights on becoming a professional rider. Years of dedication and hard work culminated in his joining the Bustin Boards Co. team, marking the beginning of a successful and fulfilling career.

Marketing and Management Expertise

Beyond his riding skills, O'Neal has cultivated a strong understanding of marketing and management. Since 2018, he has served as a team manager and social content producer for Bustin Boards, overseeing the NYC team and playing a pivotal role in planning and executing social media content strategies. This experience has honed his ability to build brands, engage audiences, and drive results.

In October 2020, O'Neal founded Skate Everything School, an NYC-based instructional skateboard program. With a mission to make skateboarding accessible to everyone, the school has taught over 20,000 people of all ages and skill levels. Through his innovative teaching methods and unwavering commitment, O'Neal has empowered countless individuals to embrace the joy and challenges of skateboarding.
